DUDE! This movie is long time overdue. Rememebr the chic from Bridesmaids, well she just joined the cast for AM2. Should be a great movie, we all know its long overdue.
Director Adam McKay announced the news last night on Twitter, with Christine Applegate quickly following up via her own message:
"So excited Kristen Wiig has joined our cast for anchorman2. Going 2 b best movie ever made. Besides the best movies ever made."
The sequel comes out on December 20 and will return Will Ferrell, Applegate, Paul Rudd, Steve Carrell and Dave Koechner in their roles from the original classic.
It's unknown at this time just what character Wiig will take on... but who cares?!?
