Mr. Jacob Cox-Brown, ladies and gentlemen. Obviously, the police (didn't) have their work cut out for them with this case. Again, The Daily Astorian:
Police went to Cox-Brown's house and found a vehicle that matched the damage done to the two vehicles at the early morning crash.
Cox-Brown was arrested and lodged at the Clatsop County Jail. He was charged with two counts of failing to perform the duties of a driver.
Gettin' arrested for drunk drivin'.... classsssic!
